Ive been so busy over the summer with various things and more work but things are settling into a routine again now.

My name is suz AKA CHEMIGAL I live in Worcester in the U.K and I am a member of Worcester Circus Club and www.thefiregarden.com . Ive been hooping around about a year now and LOVE it.
I once bought a DVD when I first learnt only to be deeply dissapointed and I was left feeling rather ripped off.It consisted of a few basic moves,was very short and very expensive, this experience made me want to make tutorials so I can share my love and knowledge of hooping with anyone who wants to learn for free.
All my videos have been edited so they appear in slow motion so you can see what I am doing.
I will talk you through each video and explain what I am doing step by step.

I have tried to cater for both left hoopers and right hoopers,although if you are a beginner hooper I seriously recommend that you learn to hoop comfortably both ways.Trust me! I did'nt and learning to hoop to the left was like being back at the beginning again :)
I have done my left hoop videos by simply mirror imaging them and changing the voice over.So if I have not made a 'left hooping video' of a certain move feel free to contact me and I'll make one.
